Unlock your department’s full potential and transform your command skills with the Blue Card Hazard-Zone Incident Command Training and Certification Program.

Earn College Credit with Blue Card

One of Blue Card’s most substantial value-added benefits is accreditation through the American Council on Education (ACE). ACE is the only major higher education association to represent all types of accredited, degree-granting institutions in the United States: two-year and four-year, public and private. ACE members educate two out of every three students in accredited, degree-granting U.S. institutions. (Visit https://tinyurl.com/bluecardace for info.)

Through ACE, Blue Card students can earn upper-division, baccalaureate-level credits for a variety of training and certification programs:

  • 5 upper-division credit hours for the original Blue Card Incident Command Training & Certification Program.
  • 3 upper-division credit hours for the Blue Card Hazmat Incident Commander course.
  • 2 upper-division credit hours for the Blue Card Train-the-Trainer course after becoming a Blue Card instructor.
