Unlock your department’s full potential and transform your command skills with the Blue Card Hazard-Zone Incident Command Training and Certification Program.
One of Blue Card’s most substantial value-added benefits is accreditation through the American Council on Education (ACE). ACE is the only major higher education association to represent all types of accredited, degree-granting institutions in the United States: two-year and four-year, public and private. ACE members educate two out of every three students in accredited, degree-granting U.S. institutions. (Visit https://tinyurl.com/bluecardace for info.)

The Blue Card Dispatch Certification Program comprises an online cognitive portion and a simulation-based assessment of knowledge, skills and abilities. The program's online portion delivers the cognitive and applied-knowledge components through a com¬bination of embedded video, interactive evaluation and talking-head engagement techniques. Each of the 10 modules ranges from 30 minutes to three hours. The first two modules address the basics of dispatch center configurations, dispatch roles and responsibili¬ties, and situational awareness as a foundation for the Eight Functions of Command. The remaining modules address these functions individually.
