    Free fire testing class

The latest Staring in the Sun has a link to an excellent online program that covers the fire performance of lightweight construction.

I hate to plug my own website, but if you are interested in online training I think its worth a look. I have online incident command simulators, LODD computer recreations, and more. Take a peak and let me know what you think.

I don't think you hate to plug your website, out of 6 posts, 6 have to do with your website.

I have to admit, Fred is a funny MF! I thought he may have just left Shoney's and forgot to take his napkin off. What a bag.

It seems like every firefighter with an internet connection has their own website. I've started my own "training" site to help deprogram some of you. Click here: real-man-firefighters.com and feel the power.

In deference to Truckee, I will say that I've made more than one attic fire in lightweight wood-truss construction with OSB decking that's self-ventilated quickly. The trusses stayed together, and large sections of shingles fell down still fixed together. The OSB seems to just fall apart. It's actually kind of handy.
