Our department and our state's emergency management region for our area would like to use the Blue Card concept for certification and continuing education. Our county is being mandated by the state to have our own IMT since we are one of ten counties that have critical infrastructure. We would like to send a few individuals to the train-the-trainer. If possible, we would like to begin this process within the first half of this calendar year. What information is there on where and when this will be available?
