As for afirmative action.... African americans have nothing to complain about now. An African American from a broken home, raise by a single mother and later a grandmother, admitted user illegal drugs and alcohol, has been elected to the highest and most powerful position on earth. So noone can claim that they don't have the same opprotunities as everyone else. Especialy when we get all of our entitlements from our BIGGER, BETTER US Government!

Sleeplessknight - That's a great try and thought.  However, that will never work, because some idiot out there will always bitch about the "white person(s)" had their great, great, great, great, great grandparents as slaves, murdered them for their land, or some other stupid shit that has nothing to do with "present time."  It's those people, and those people themselves, that I think most of us (of any race) can not stand, because THEY are the same shit bags, that think that the hard working people owe them something for free.  Well FUCK THAT, they need to get off their worthless, lazy, dead asses and work like the rest of us.  Then again, it looks like that's not going to happen any time soon, especially with Obama getting elected as president.

Funny thing about it, I received an email while I did not have access to Bshifter, that would've went great in the "IAFF, Obama" post thing...

An office worker goes to lunch to a very nice local resturant.  As he walks towards the door to go in, he notices a homeless man holding an Obama sign.  The office worker goes in, sits at a table, and notices his waiter has an Obama tie on, and gets aggitated that the waiter is showing his political views.  Once the waiter brings the guy his bill, he gives the waiter the exact amount and doesn't tip him.  When the waiter comes by to collect the money, the waiter face showed he was aggitated.  The office guy politely tells the waiter, "You were a great waiter, you worked hard, kept my drink filled, brought me everything I asked in a timely manor.  However, I'm going to give your $20 tip to the homless guy outside, because he deserves it more."  As he walks out, he hands the homeless guy the waiter's tip.

Wonderbreadboy - Maybe before you open your pot hole, you should look at all the tree hugging, nutless, sissy ass, panzy wastes firefighters are on the west coast.  As far as racial comments go, I don't think I've been a bit racest yet.  Just stating the facts.  Equal rights, means EQUAL RIGHTS.  No one should get extra points on any kind of civil service test any more.  I believe, the actual percentage of whites in the US is some where in the low 50's or high 40's, and it's about 20 for blacks, another 20 for hispanics, and the rest are of mixed races (give or take some for all of them).  The hispanic and mix races are going up and the rest are going down.  It's just a fact of life that we all have to live with.  And yes, I guess you could consider it still as a "white ruled" country or whatever the fuck it was that you said when you opened your pot hole, but w/in 12 yrs, it'll be ruled by the opposite.  And I have no problem at all with it.  The problem that I have is, they want to take "In God we trust" off the money, taking the Pledge of Allegence out of the schools (which has already been done) because "under God" is in it, and they want to change our language to some "backwards talking, bullshit language."  Sorry, but this is the GREAT UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, where none of that shit should change, because our fore fathers and (past, present, and future) solders have fought and fight for our freedom.
