We opened our CTC last month and we had an average time it takes the crews to make entry (2 minutes, 20 seconds). We made them wait that time before playing the entry video on the computer screen, but it did not show the crew and it was hard for the initial IC to grasp the time it takes for entry to take place. The suggestion was to have the video clip-art of this for them to watch.
