Does anyone else have a problem with the blue card link? It used to open up for me with no problems and now it wont connect for some reason.

We are in the process of launching the Blue Card Program. The program is finished and will be available sometime this month. The Blue Card demo will occasionally be affected for the next couple weeks while we get all the kinks worked out with the main program.
